The following facilities and services are included in the rental price: use of three common meeting rooms (one with video conference), network, kitchen, sanitary facilities, shower, consumption of electricity, water and gas, cleaning of the common areas, maintenance of the building by the onwer, container service (P/C, residual, PMD), parking space, insurance and taxes. The offices are equipped with network cabling.
