Dutch National Road Transport Agency (RDW) switches to Genesys Cloud with its Contact Center

A first great milestone has become reality: as of today, the telephony platform of the Customer Contact Center of the RDW runs in the cloud. While Veendam was still shrouded in fog, Genesys Cloud went live within the office walls!


Earlier this year, Frontline announced that they had proved in a tender to be the best party for RDW regarding a complete Contact Center as a service (CCaas) solution. Going live with Genesys Cloud is a first step in the further modernization and digitization of the systems for the Customer Contact Center of RDW.


In the following months, email and workforce management will also be integrated into Genesys Cloud.
